| | 大家好。我已經從英國回來了--共出行了兩個星期。經歷真是很豐富--我去了倫敦，牛津，溫切斯特，英國鄉村，約克，愛丁堡還有蘇格蘭高地，旅行很疲勞也很愉快。我看到了白金漢宮盛大莊嚴的皇家衛隊換崗儀式；在國會大廈旁聽了議員們對當前國家大事的辯論；參觀了世界著名的牛津大學的那些古老而美麗的學院；深刻感受了約克古城不朽古跡的歷史深蘊；目睹了鄉村小鎮古老教堂的禮拜儀式，還見識了蘇格蘭高地的蒼茫和秀美。。。此行讓我大開了眼界，最重要的是，自己背包走天下的快樂和自豪是無法形容的。另外，最最深切的感受是，英國真是太貴了。

| | Flying tickets to there are not so expensive, it's just cheap as chips!!
Spending in UK, wahaha....last time i only stayed there for 4 days in London with my friend, we spent about 600 euro ( not included hotel and tickets), but also depends on what you did there, we did some shopping, and of course, we needed to dinner out everyday (at least 2 meals each day), restaurants and bars can be expensive, even fastfood is still more expensive than in NL, if you want to go to some attractions, like london eye, wow, prepare more money, and don't go there during weekends, or u will be in a big queue!
Anyhow, I quite like London, as they speak my familar language, ENGLISH, haha, i also addicted to the british accent...even though somehow is quite difficult to hear it, still sounds funny, if i have time, i think i will go there again, especially for shopping there!

| | 英國是很貴，我在倫敦住的青年旅館是15磅一天，包括早餐，這在倫敦好象已經是最便宜的了。約克的青年旅館是14磅一天，包括早餐，愛丁堡是12磅，不包括早餐。另外，門票也貴，白金漢宮門票是12磅，漢普頓宮是11.5磅，倫敦塔是13.5磅，連福爾摩斯博物館的門票都要花6磅,愛丁堡的古城堡是8.5磅，到蘇格蘭高地最低花費大約26磅。吃的方面我主要是到超市去買，比到店裡買要便宜些，另外，很多青年旅館都可以自己做飯，也不錯。但最後算帳，此行總共花費近600歐元。

Hotels are expensive in London, we paid about 50 pounds per day, double room, but the room was pretty dumb, other than that we had a private bathroom, didn't have to share with others, the beds were terrible, my back hurt after i slept on it, also the room was near the staircase, you can always hear people walking up and down when your in the room at night, breadfast was included in the package, but you know...tradional English breadfast, bread..haha!! Thank god we didn't have to stay in the hotel for long, most of the time you are out for sightseeing, shopping, then....everything can compensate for it!
Yuyan, did you go into the Beckingham Palace? How was it? We didn't go inside there as it was closed during winter i guess. But we did see the patrolling of the soilders. It was fun!

It is a nice trip. You do it yourself and enjoy a different culture. 600 pounds for two weeks is not expensive. It cost me about CDN $500 for three-day trip in Montreal. I like to see your artical in here. Where you next want to go?
